Who we are
Aurora ("Aurora", "we", "us") operates this website. You can reach us at aurora.service.consultations@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete the application form: your first name, email address, Instagram or Telegram handle, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your answers about your work as a creator (earnings band, whether you currently have management, where your audience is, what you need help with, and your timeline).
- Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, fbclid and similar click identifiers).
- Booking information. If you schedule a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and chosen time.
Why we use it
- To respond to your application and contact you about our services.
- To decide whether we are a fit to work together, and to verify that you are 18 or over.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including attributing enquiries to the campaign that produced them.
- To keep the site secure and functioning.
Our lawful bases, where the UK/EU GDPR applies, are your consent (advertising and analytics cookies), our legitimate interest in running and marketing the business, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta pixel and comparable tools from advertising platforms. These set cookies and send limited event data — such as the fact that a page was viewed or an application submitted — to those platforms so we can measure campaign performance and reach similar audiences. We do not send them your free-text answers, and we do not send advertising platforms any information about the adult nature of your work. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info or through your browser and device settings.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our scheduling provider, our form and automation tooling, our email and messaging providers, our hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms as described above. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Application data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need to keep it to comply with a legal obligation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. Email aurora.service.consultations@gmail.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Age restriction
This site and our services are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We ask every applicant to confirm their age, and we verify age and identity before entering any management relationship. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us immediately and we will delete it and refuse the application.
Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
